Specializing in Foreclosures

It's pretty easy nowadays to find an agent who claims to know Foreclosures Real Estate.  It is much more difficult, however, to find an agent who truly specializes in REO or Foreclosure Real Estate.  I started working with foreclosures in 2002, back when they were few and far between.  Over the years, I have worked with many of the largest lenders and asset management companies in the United States.  I have attended Industry conferences to further my understanding of the foreclosure process and am constantly striving to learn more about the newest trends and economics of the REO World.  I love what I do and take my work very seriously.  How does this help the buyer?  Easy!!  I am one of the best agents you can have on your side when wanting to purchase a foreclosure because I know what the banks want, and don't.  I know what offers will put you at the front of the line and which ones will not even get a passing glance.  I also know the risks and benefits of buying a foreclosures and can educate you on how quickly a "deal" can become a nightmare.   I have lived in this Northern Michigan area for over 35 years and can help you focus in on what areas have the best deals- whether you are buying as an owner-occupant or an investor.  I know the role of a real estate agent is to guide you through the buying process and taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction is a top priority with me.

I realize that people do business with people they trust. I am interested in what is best for you, the client, and am committed to establishing a mutually successful relationship that is based on trust and respect.  I will help you achieve your real estate goals but will also be honest and tell you when something is not right.  When the transaction is all said and done, I still have to sleep at night and so everything I do for you will be with your best interest in mind.  I'm not out to make a quick commission but rather a strong reputation for being a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional.  I hope you will agree and I look forward to working together and achieving your real estate goals!
